While he trained to play football growing up and credits the sport for his focus and work ethic, Hood told the MH crew that he’s been on a focused health and wellness journey for the last eight years. That all-encompassing experience relates to his larger goals for his training. “Very top is just to be the highest version of myself,” he says. “When I wake up first thing in the morning, thinking about how can I get better today, how can I push people around me to be better.”
