THE BRANDS I LOVE WHEN SHOPPING AT NORDSTROM

With all retailers, I’ve identified certain brands that I like to shop within them. Today, this outfit is by one of those brands, and I’ll also show you several of the items I purchased from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale from those brands. Today is the first day that EVERYONE can shop the sale, and there are LOTS of great items at discounted prices.

I love the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale since I can purchase new fall arrivals instead of last year’s leftovers. It may be hot outside now, but it won’t be long before the temperatures drop, and you’ll be glad you took advantage of the sale. Remember to tell your hubby how much money you saved him when he mentions how wonderful you look in your new clothes. Lol!

This Purple V-Neck Sweater is a Nordstrom Brand, and I love the color and fit of this sweater. I can always count on the quality when shopping this brand, and I’ve not been disappointed in any of my orders. This sweater is a tiny bit relaxed, so if you are between sizes, size down. I’m wearing a medium, and it is plenty roomy but not too big or baggy. The sweater is also available in black and pale pink, which is a gorgeous color.

These Check Suit Pants fit like they were tailor-made. The polyester, rayon, and spandex blends are soft and comfortable that can be machine washed and line dried. The pants have flared wide legs, flattering vertical seams down the front, and a tapered waist. These run true to size; I’m wearing a size 8, which fits me great. There is a matching One Button Check Blazer; I just placed my order for that. The blazer will look great this fall with black, camel, burgundy, etc., and I can wear it with these pants too.

The pants do have pockets, a huge plus in my book. Here is a look at the fit of the pants, and you can see the vertical seam also runs down the back of the pants.

I didn’t get a good photo of my Chestnut Bootie, so I’ll grab an image from the website for you. I bought these booties last year, and I’ve worn them a lot. They run true to size; I’m wearing my usual size 9. The booties also come in other colors, but I love these Chestnut ones.

I bought these Caslon Water Resistant Chelsea Boots last year, and I loved them so much that I purchased the Green Moss color this year. They run true to size.

I have this Drape Knit Blazer in burgundy that I bought last year. My sister loved it so much that she bought the navy version this year. It runs true to size.

My sister also bought this extremely flattering Zella Performance Jacket. I thought it ran a little small, I tried it on, and a large is what fit me.

Nordstrom offers free shipping and free returns; it is super convenient. I love trying on clothing in the privacy of my home, but I hate paying for shipping and returns. That is one reason I love shopping at Nordstrom; it never costs me anything to try new clothing styles. Nordstrom offers BOPUS (Buy Online Pick Up in Store) and contactless curbside pickup options.
