Brad Pitt is one of the most handsome men in the world. Earlier this year we asked (theoretically speaking) whether it came down to witchcraft, surgery or just good sex. Well, his blemish-free complexion, radiant glow and taught and line-free skin isn’t down to hours spent sitting in surgeon-to-the-stars Dr Garth Fisher’s chair, but is actually down to him having a damn good skin care regime. “I just want to keep it simple, you know what I mean?” Pitt told Vogue. “That said, I’m actually thorough now. I’ve been whipped into shape by my dear make-up artist friend – we started together 30 years ago – Jean Black.”

And to prove that he’s taking his skin care seriously, today the 58-year-old has announced the arrival of Le Domaine, a gender-neutral skin care brand that he developed in partnership with the Perrin family, the Château Beaucastel vintners who Pitt has also partnered with on his own Château Miraval Côtes de Provence Rose. Ironically enough, the science-backed label harnesses the power of grapes (wine itself is packed full of powerful antioxidants) to create products that will keep your skin in tip-top condition, and give you that Pittified glow.

Le Domaine, which has taken 15 years to come to fruition, enlisted Pierre-Louis Teissedre, wine and human health specialist and Professor of Oenology at University of Bordeau , to dictate which of the 13 grape varieties the Perrin family grows on their estates in Provence had the most relevant antioxidant properties and would be suitable for use in the products. Le Domain, as a result, is packed with GSM10, a patented molecule that combines the seeds of grenache grapes with the seeds and skin of syrah and mourvedre grapes. Together these three ingredients have antioxidant properties and can aid in the aging process. Meanwhile, each product contains ProGr3, which is Le Domaine’s other patented active ingredient, derived from grapevine’s resveratrol . This works to keep skin cells healthier and more combative for longer (read: you’ll look as young as Brad Pitt).

As it stands Le Domaine comprises a serum, a cream, a “Fluid Cream” and a cleansing emulsion, with prices starting at $80, with the most expensive coming in at $385. That said, each product has a refill counterpart, so costs can be kept (relatively) low, should you want to de-age like an Academy Award winner.

We thank you in advance, Mr Brad Pitt.
