Fall is here, and so are the absolutely iconic autumnal celeb looks that have everyone rushing to their online shopping cart to snag the new styles. One perfect example: Brie Larson, who is taking menswear to a whole different level, and showing off her impeccable abs while doing so.

The Captain Marvel star posted a photo of herself on her Instagram Story as she tried on an oversized blazer and shorts set. Peeking through the pinstripes were Brie’s superhero-status abs.

“Do we like?” she captioned the post. It’s going to be an overwhelming YES from me. Here’s the look:

It’s no surprise that Brie, 33, is super toned. In February 2022, Brie shared a video on her YouTube channel about her 2022 fitness goals: “I’ve put on my calendar every day to train…but something always happens,” she shared in the video. She showed her pre-work out stretch and warm up, which is a workout in and of itself TBH. She also includes yoga moves, jumping jacks, hip thrusts, and more.

That same month, she shared a killer ab workout on IG. She uses a resistance machine loaded with weight to crush cable reverse crunches, and puts her feet through straps connected to the machine to pull the weights.

“Working up to 10 reps, 3x at body weight 🥵,” she captioned the video.

Brie works with her trainer Jason Walsh (who is also a favorite for Alison Brie, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Irina Shayk) and he shared a video of Brie crushing single-arm pull-ups in 2021 that required some serious upper-body strength.

Brie also began working with a nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, to fuel her Captain Marvel workouts and keep her in fighting shape. And with so much time spent hitting her fitness goals, it makes sense she wanted to make sure her body got all the right nutrients.

Dr. Goglia told People that Brie’s morning routine included a teaspoon each of almond butter and all-fruit jam or preserves. “The most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning…and allow you to still continue to train and burn fat,” he said. “That really does start your engine.”
