How to Elevate Jeans With A Cashmere Tee

Are you like me and wear either jeans or leggings most of the time? I love wearing comfortable clothing, even if I’m going on a date night. That’s one of the reasons I try to find items to elevate jeans, and a cashmere tee is perfect for the look I want to create.

When you hear “cashmere,” you probably think 💲💲💲. That is the case with a lot of cashmere sweaters, but that’s not the case with these. When I come across great items that are also affordable, I can’t wait to share my finds.

This 100% Mongolian cashmere tee is perfect for now and later. For now, I would add a nice blazer, jacket, or sweater to complete the look. But, when the weather warms up, I would wear the tee by itself with statement jewelry. I first ordered these sweaters in a medium but had to return them for a large. The large fits me much better since the sweaters have a slim fit. I’m wearing heather gray, which is a soft color.

Ivory is a shade that can be worn with anything, making this a great basic tee. However, finding items that are lightweight enough for spring and summer but not so thin you can see through them is difficult.

With the heather gray, you can’t see my jeans under the sweater. However, with the ivory tee, the jeans show through. This is not a deal breaker for me, but I wanted to bring it to your attention, so you weren’t surprised when your tee arrived. I wore one last year that didn’t seem to be as see-through, and I just noticed that they have restocked since it sold out last year. I re-ordered another white one and grabbed the green one too. I ordered a large since that fit me best. I think you’ll be pleased with them.

These tees are soft, but they are thin. That is actually why I like the tees since I can wear them in spring and summer without burning up.

I wanted to keep the soft, muted color theme going, so I added my Brahmin handbag in Alabastor. Brahmin is well known for their distinctive style and quality handbags. However, that comes with a high price tag. I love the trouser style flare jeans from Old Navy! They look and fit great, and you can easily dress these up or down. The jeans have some stretch to them, and they run big. I tried on my usual size 8 in a recent Old Navy Try On Session, but they were too large on me. I ordered a size 6, and they fit me perfectly.

I didn’t get a good photo of me in these DRAPER JAMES RSVP Charlotte Women’s Wedge Sandals, but they are super cute and will be perfect for spring and summer. These are going with me to Miami since they will go with almost everything I am taking. They are also available in a pretty sky blue color, but since this color is so versatile, I went with it. The shoes run true to size.

I kept seeing this crown in the photos, so I decided to showcase it for all of you. This is my youngest sons Homecoming King crown, and I’m not sure why he doesn’t want to take it to his house. Lol!
